Chroma Coffee Drops Return & Refund Policy
At Chroma Coffee Drops, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with our products. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy is as follows:

Unopened Products: Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to return any unopened products. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will provide a full refund via the original method of payment. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and in its original packaging.

Damaged or Unsealed Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or unsealed, we will replace it with an equivalent item at no charge. To initiate the replacement process, please reach out to our customer service team with proof of purchase and a description or photo of the damage. Once we verify the claim, we will send a replacement to you at no additional cost.

Used Products: We understand that sometimes a product might not meet your expectations after you've used it. However, due to health and safety considerations, we cannot accept returns of products that have been used. We encourage you to reach out to our customer service team if you have any concerns or questions about a product that you've purchased and used. To initiate a return, replacement, or refund, please contact our customer service team at info@chromacoffees.com. Please provide your proof of purchase or order number when you contact us. We will provide instructions on how to ship the product back to us at no charge, if necessary.
